The modular house is fully equipped and made on the basis of a steel frame: 3 mm thick welded steel profiles (cube).

The premises have a bathroom (separate room with toilet, shower, sink with cabinet and electric water heater 30l with thermostat)

Modern sandwich panels are used in the production of the module. The panels are made of galvanized, painted sheet metal with inner polystyrene foam filling. Thickness: 100 mm; Thermal conductivity: 0.38/m2. Module walls: 100 mm sandwich panel.
Internal partitions of the module: 75 mm sandwich plate. Module roof: 100 mm sandwich panel; bituminous coating. Module floor: 100 mm sandwich panel; 15mm OSB board; coating: PVC. Complete electrical installation is installed (led lighting; switches; sockets; distribution box with automatic fuses and leakage relay).
Additionally, we can install an air/air heat pump for room heating/conditioning; protection blinds; email radiator; San. node; separate spaces. We can adjust the project according to your requirements. We can equip the module with additional windows and doors, we offer a wide selection of sizes and configurations. All our modules use high-quality aluminum profile windows and doors with double-glazed windows.
